Delete your account

It takes a few seconds, from the app.

In the app

Open Dibs and tap your profile picture at the top right.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. You are signed out and your account is deleted right away.

Dibs+ is billed by Apple or Google Play. Deleting your account does not stop the subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Dibs; on Android, Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in, first name, character and age confirmation.
The photos and videos you posted as proofs.
Your push tokens and settings.

What stays

In games you played with others, your name becomes "Deleted player" so their scores still add up.
Reports about abuse may be kept up to 12 months for safety.
Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Usage data sent to Amplitude is not deleted automatically: ask us through the contact form and we delete it.

Cannot open the app?

Send a request through the contact form with the topic "Delete my account" and the email or Apple or Google account you signed in with. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
